Bentley Announces The Bentley LEARNing Conference

  • Rating12345

Bentley Systems, Incorporated today announced that The Bentley LEARNing Conference (formerly Be Together:The Bentley User Conference), reprogrammed exclusively for Bentley LEARN subscribers, is being held in 2013 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pa., U.S.A., May 13-16. Registration is now open at www.Bentley.com/LEARN2013. The conference, which has been streamlined expressly for hands-on learning, is the first of a global network of Be Together learning events throughout the year offering users of Bentley software and services practical solutions, product training, and professional networking.

The Bentley LEARNing Conference

The Bentley LEARNing Conference is exclusively for Bentley LEARN subscribers, for whom there is no attendance charge as a benefit of their enrollment in either of the following Bentley subscription programs:

·         Bentley LEARN Passport (providing one admission per holder),

·         Bentley LEARN Subscription (entitling organizations to send an unlimited number of their colleagues to the Conference).

In addition to hundreds of information-rich workshops and lecture sessions, most of which now qualify for CEUs as well as Bentley Institute Learning Units, the conference includes a LEARNing Zone. This interactive exhibit and demonstration area offers additional opportunities for learning provided by Bentley product and professional services experts as well as The Bentley LEARNing Conference sponsors.

Commenting on The Bentley LEARNing Conference, George Church, Bentley SVP, LEARNservices, said, “To focus our annual Philadelphia user conference on the needs of our users and their desire for product learning and in-person networking, we have removed corporate keynotes and have transformed our traditional LIVE Zone into a LEARNing Zone – to make more time and space available for hands-on learning and professional training. Beyond providing courses led by our highly rated Bentley Institute instructors, The Bentley LEARNing Conference uniquely features courses taught by ‘adjunct’ instructors from our user and partner organizations.

“Best of all, we will also take this learning online and on the road so that users can readily take advantage of this valuable social learning opportunity around the globe. All year round, we will bring to our users a growing number of events that combine Bentley Institute learning with the professional networking Bentley users enjoy so much. In addition, we look forward to our expanded Be Inspired event, which has been newly named The Year in Infrastructure 2013 Conference. This larger event for thought leaders will be held October 28-31 in London and feature a broad offering of industry leader keynotes, including by Bentley executives, addressing opportunities, trends, and challenges in the business of sustaining infrastructure.”
