AVEVA announced today that registration for the AVEVA World Summits 2011 is open. The Summits will be held in Copenhagen 17-19 October, Rio de Janeiro 25-27 October and Singapore 8–10 November. The AVEVA World Summits provide a collaborative forum for managers and decisions makers, with responsibility for strategic business operations. The Summit agenda is designed to present business and technology issues facing the plant and marine industries and to stimulate discussion and debate among the delegates.
The theme for 2011 is ‘Joined up thinking’. AVEVA recognises the increasingly complex challenges faced by the plant, power and marine industries and it is our mission to provide strategies, technology and services that join up this diverse flow of information to deliver success across the entire business.
“Last year’s inaugural AVEVA World Summits, were a great success with world class venues. We have taken on board the feedback from the delegates and have incorporated changes to continually improve our flagship events”, commented Richard Longdon, AVEVA CEO. “The concept of ‘Joined up thinking’ is fundamental to the innovation that drives AVEVA, and this year’s theme captures our collective ambition to create safer, more efficient projects and operations”.
The two-day Summits combine single-track keynote sessions on Day 1 and a multi-track format on Day 2. Delegates will enjoy insightful presentations and debate, plus the valuable opportunity to interact with colleagues from other industries and countries.
Information on the dates, venues and agendas is available at the new AVEVA World website www.avevaworld.com. See what delegates had to say about the 2010 Summits and register today to ensure you don’t miss out.
