SOCAR starts 3D Seismic Survey on Two Offshore Blocks

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has announced a 3D seismic survey on two offshore blocks – Umid and Babak. According to the company, geophysical surveys started on 27 February and will end in April. They are aimed to help in carrying out exploration work. The survey is being conducted by Caspian Geophysical from vessel Gilavar.
