AddressHub adds location intelligence to Royal Mail PAF database

  • Rating12345

Europa Technologies is proud to announce a new address-level data product for Great Britain called AddressHub. The product is built upon the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF®) supplemented with extras, including UPRN (Unique Property Reference Number) and coordinates. Additional fields include plot size, plot multiplicity, residential property type, ONS administrative regions, Welsh names and a registered business indicator. These rich attributes give depth and context to searches.

By including the “Multiple Residences” and “Not-Yet-Built” PAF extensions, AddressHub contains over 32 million addresses. This powerful product can be used to streamline data capture as well as cleansing and enriching data holdings. By providing the UPRN to connect to other databases, it is ideal for property intelligence applications. Licensed annually and including monthly updates, AddressHub offers comprehensive, up-to-date data and excellent value for money.

AddressHub will be launched in July 2020. The product will be also available as a high-performance API using Europa Technologies’ award-winning viaEuropa platform.

Warren Vick, Founder & Director of Europa Technologies, commented: “Using the ubiquitous Royal Mail PAF as a foundation, we have created a rich, comprehensive and up-to-date address database of Great Britain. We look forward to working with clients with discerning property intelligence requirements to explore how AddressHub can be deployed across the enterprise”.
