  • Rating12345

SPAR 3D Expo & Conference and Lidar News are pleased to invite you to nominate yourself or a colleague for the inaugural Younger Geospatial Professional (YGP) of the Year award. This important award will recognize the outstanding accomplishments and leadership initiatives by a younger member of the worldwide, geospatial community.

To participate in the program, you must be 35 years old or younger and currently employed in the geospatial profession. Nominations will be accepted in the form of a 2.5 to 3-minute video that summarizes the YGP’s background, career accomplishments, and a summary of a 20-minute speech that they would present at SPAR 3D Expo & Conference if chosen.

Employers and mentors are welcome to support this program by encouraging their YGPs to submit their video. This will certainly be an honor for both the YGP as well as their employer.

The winner of the award will be notified by April 1, 2019 and announced at SPAR 3D Expo & Conference 2019 taking place May 21 – 23 in Anaheim, CA. The winner will receive a complimentary SPAR 3D Full Conference Pass plus three nights of hotel lodging to attend SPAR 3D Expo & Conference.
