VERIPOS has appointed Angus Scott as Regional Manager responsible for its Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) region. Reporting to company Managing Director Walter Steedman, he will be responsible for continued business development and operational aspects of the business on behalf of major contractors in the exploration seismic, survey, construction and drilling market sectors. Mr Scott, who holds a BSc in Valuation Surveying from the University of North Staffordshire and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hydrographic Surveying from the University of Plymouth joins VERIPOS from global consultants Intertek Moody International with whom he was Regional Manager for Europe, including Russia and the CIS. Previous work experience includes a variety of offshore surveying and management posts with Thales GeoSolutions prior to joining Seacor Marine as Business Development Manager, later becoming Area Manager for its West Africa operations.
