Leonardtown, M.D. – The 105,151 citizens of St. Mary’s County, Maryland, now have access to GTG’s 311GIS application, providing them with a free online solution to report issues or concerns with the click of a button.
The easy-to-use 311GIS is a citizen reporting application designed for local governments to get feedback from citizens on concerns. Non-emergency reports made by the public are sent to the corresponding local government agency division, while allowing the user to view the progress with updates as they are available, providing seamless transparency. 311GIS is accessible when and where citizens need it, via an application on their smart device or web portal.
With 311GIS, government agencies are able to better analyze the data sent with easy-to-understand reports. “We are excited to implement 311GIS in St. Mary’s County,” said Commissioner President Randy Guy. “311GIS will help the county provide a faster and more effective response to citizen reported issues.”
