INSPIRE and Environment: Enlargement and Integration Action Workshop

The INSPIRE and Environment: Enlargement and Integration Action Workshop will take place during the INSPIRE Conference 2012 on 25th June 2012 in Istanbul. The workshop is addressed to environmental communities of the West-Balkan region and Turkey to transmit the experiences and the lessons learnt in SDI implementation in the in fields of land administration, cadastral and topographic mapping and sharing good practice examples in environmental fields related to Protected sites, Environmental monitoring facilities, Bio-geographical regions, Habitats and biotops, and Species distribution INSPIRE data themes.
In frame of the “Enlargement and Integration Action” eligible persons may apply for specific support comprising conference registration fee and/or travel reimbursement. Nominations from national authorities (one per country) are accepted from the West-Balkan region and Turkey. The rest of the available support grants will be assigned based on the quality of abstracts submitted in line with the generic requirements of the conference.
