Additional Lidar Data for Florida, Oregon, Mississippi, and New Jersey Now Available

The NOAA Coastal Services Center has recently added about two Terabytes of lidar data to the Digital Coast from The Florida Division of Emergency Management, The Saint Johns River Water Management District, The USGS Coastal Program, The Oregon Lidar Consortium, and a joint USGS/New Jersey DEP effort. The Florida data includes the counties of Indian River, Gulf, Clay and Putnam. The USGS data covers the Pearl River Delta in Mississippi. The Oregon data have a very high density (8 pts/m^2) and cover the southern coastal area. The New Jersey data cover Cape May County. The lidar data is public and can be downloaded directly from the Digital Coast Data Access Veiwer. Read More
