CoreLogic to Deliver Online Access to Parcel Data via ArcGIS Online

CoreLogic announced that their ParcelPoint® parcel database will be available through ArcGIS Online, an Internet-based system for using geographic information. CoreLogic, an industry leader in spatial and natural hazard risk solutions, has converted digital and paper maps, as well as legal descriptions, from most of the nation’s counties into a single standardized spatial database called ParcelPoint. The parcels in this database provide the exact area and associated latitudes and longitudes that are vital in identifying a property’s position on Earth. The ParcelPoint database includes data for more than 124 million digitally converted and normalized parcels and points, including more than 2,000 counties in the United States. This represents approximately 90 percent of the U.S. population and 86 percent of the total land base. CoreLogic previously provided this service under the name.
