Russia initiated accommodation of the differential correction and monitoring stations in foreign countries. The stations are to increase accuracy of GLONASS positioning, Head of Russian Space System company Yury Urlichich told news media. “The first station out of Russia already accommodated in Antarctica maintains continuous global monitoring for the GLONASS spacecraft.
