Photo-Realistic Renderings and Animation Firm Expands Services, Hires National Sales Reps

  • Rating12345

GIS Virtual, a firm that designs photo-realistic renderings and animation for clients, has expanded its services by completing a project for a geothermal heating system. It has also recently hired sales reps in six markets across the country.

Based in Seattle since its launch in 2005, GIS Virtual created animation for TERRASource, an Ohio company that needed a high-quality, inexpensive and fast method of introducing its products to consumers.

“We used 3D animation to describe the heating system that this company came up with,” said GIS Virtual’s executive director Eugene Gershman. “While it takes time and money for our client to actually build a product, we can do it for a fraction of the cost.”

TERRASource provided several photographs of the existing components of the system and also wrote a short description of how the system works. GIS Virtual designers analyzed that information and recreated the process in the 3D modeling software. A stock model of a house with its interiors and exteriors was used to produce the realistic animation within a residence.
