  • Rating12345
Starkville, Miss., 21 June 2010 — Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (SIS), received such
valuable feedback from users on the first release of Accuracy Analyst, the company decided to
add a forum to its website to facilitate user input. “By enabling users to see the suggestions and
feedback of others, we hope to foster a sense of community among our users and to see good
ideas made even better by the interaction,” said Dr. Charles O’Hara, company President. “Our
users are finding new ways to fit Accuracy Analyst into their workflows to accomplish more than
we originally imagined. When they use the forum to share these ideas, the entire mapping
profession will benefit.”
The forum, http://spatialis.com/forum/, opened with three topics: “Software Suggestions,”
“Accuracy Analyst Support and Help,” and “What’s New in Map Accuracy Tools.” Users are
invited and encouraged to register, ask questions and leave comments.
In addition, SIS has a twitter account, www.twitter.com/spatialis, as another tool to engage the
community.
