Geofoto Will Establish Romanian National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI)

President of the Board of Geofoto Group dr.techn.sc. Zvonko Biljecki signed today two contracts with National Agency of Cadastre and Land Registration of the Republic of Romania (ANCPI). Contracts cover realization of consultancy services for projects under the common name „Establishment of modern geoinformation system for management of spatial information“. With this strategically significant projects, Geofoto Group experts will, together with their Romanian colleagues, establish foundation for Romanian National Spatial Data Infrastructure. Goal of the first project is setting up the National Mapping Authority responsible for production of spatial information in accordance with INSPIRE Directive issued by European Commission.
