The program, chosen following a competitive review to replace its existing modeling solution, will support CWWL’s commitment to improving its operational efficiency while taking its customer service to new levels. CWWL provides drinking water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services to over 855,900 people in Melbourne’s central business district, inner and western suburbs.
