937 COWI Employees Buy Shares Recently

In the share sale 2011 937 employees submitted subscription orders for a total of DKK 23.8 million. COWIfonden, as part of its objective to support COWI, submitted subscription orders for DKK 18.0 million.According to the prospectus published, payment of the subscription price of shares with a three-year vesting period (cash shares) is to be made to the company no later than 30 June 2011.

After the end of the payment deadline, a capital increase with B shares will be effected and the shares will be assigned to the shareholders no later than 14 July 2011. Deducting the repurchase of B shares worth DKK 3 million, the subscription orders received will result in a capital increase of around DKK 23 million. The capital increase will be effected by the Board of Directors based on an authorisation granted at the annual general meeting of the company in 2010. Read More
