1st Annual NAASIC SAR UAS Symposium Announced

August 31, 2015 – The Nevada Advanced Autonomous Systems Innovation Center (NAASIC) is hosting the 1st ANNUAL UAS SEARCH & RESCUE SYMPOSIUM – September 14- 16, 2015 in Reno NV.

The purpose is to bring together Leaders, Innovators, Early Adopters, Researches and Policy Makers specific to removing the guess work out of choosing airframes and sensors, establishing protocols and procedures while rapidly integrating UAS’s/Drones into legal, active, widespread and safe adoption into the Search and Rescue and First Responders set of available tools and technology for the US airspace.

We request the support and participation of Law Enforcement, First Responders, Search and Rescue, Researchers and Manufacturers in this inaugural event. We seek to collaborate in an effort to establish shared fundamentals measures andquality targeted products for all parties involved.
