New Chief Customer Officer at Ordnance Survey brings excellent track record in digital transformation, sales and commercial leadership.
Ordnance Survey (OS) announced that Tina Kennedy has been appointed as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO), leading the team providing world-leading location data to public sector customers, businesses and developers. Highly experienced in digital transformation, sales and leadership, Tina will be joining OS as it continues an exciting period of transformation.
Tina’s career has spanned a range of sectors including health, software, telecoms, financial services, as well as fast-moving consumer goods. Currently, Tina is the Director of Product at Simplyhealth, where she leads the Healthplan line of business with full responsibility for revenue and growth. Among her many achievements, she has played a pivotal role in transforming the organisation into a product-led business and has successfully launched a new product portfolio aligned with Simplyhealth’s purpose of providing access to healthcare for all.
Other roles have included Head of Business Strategy and Consulting at Experian, before becoming Commercial Director for the Public Sector there. Tina also worked at Vodafone and in just one year, introduced strategic pricing, marketing, and product enhancements before taking up a broader role as Director of Digital Transformation. Tina also led a comprehensive transformation as Director of Product Strategy and UK Board member at social housing software provider Aareon UK.
