The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) of New South Wales (Australia) have upgraded to a large multisite license of AutoTURN Pro 3D. The launch of AutoTURN Pro 3D was timed perfectly to coincide with the start of an important project for the RTA.
The new transportation project involved the widening of an arterial road through a gorge while having to accommodate and design around a number of heritage bridges with the issues of overhanging rocks and six hairpin road bends. The RTA team were immediately impressed by the design functionality and ground clearance capabilities found in the AutoTURN Pro 3D software.
The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) is a government agency responsible for major road infrastructure, licensing of drivers, and registration of motor vehicles.
