Longitude Announces Offering of Rare Soviet Maps of U.S. Cities

MINNEAPOLIS – Longitude Maps is announcing the sale of historic U.S. city maps developed by the Soviet Union military. Developed in the Cold War era, the maps were part of an undertaking by the Soviet military to record the entire world, and featured a then-unprecedented level of detail and accuracy, including street width and building-types.
