December 10, 2015 — The State Budgetary Institution of Moscow City “Roads” is one of the leading organizations of road and communal services in Moscow City. It was created in 2011 by order of the Government of Moscow, and is now responsible of the complete maintenance, repairing and paving of roads and streets of Moscow
