At a recent press-conference on monitoring and control of natural and human-induced emergency situations was held in “Rossiyskaya gazeta” press-center. The event participants noted that satellite imagery data has been increasingly wider used for emergencies monitoring and response. Each summer Russian forest suffers from fires.
