Clive brings a wealth of experience to the role of CFO, joining OS from the British Standards Institution (BSI), where he has been a Finance Director since 2007. Prior to his role with the BSI, Clive worked for publishing company Penguin Group (UK) in various roles including Business Manager, Group Reporting Manager and Financial Controller. Will Davies takes up his new role as HRD on 12 October. Will leaves Teach First, where he has been Director of Human Resources since April 2010. Will has been an important member of Teach First’s Senior Leadership team shaping the direction of the organisation and leading the comprehensive HR strategy. Prior to his role with Teach First, Will held several different HR roles with both Wolters Kluwer and BP.

Will lives in Esher and is married with two young daughters. When not with his young family he enjoys exploring the countryside, playing squash and watching rugby.
