New CC5MPX Digital Network Camera

  • Rating12345

Campbell Scientific Canada is pleased to present the new CC5MPX Digital Network Camera. The innovative design of Campbell Scientific’s first high resolution digital network camera includes remote access and video capabilities. Triggered by time, event, motion, or web page control, the CC5PMX Digital Network Camera was designed to meet the stringent operational requirements necessary for remote battery powered installations, while producing images of up to 5 megapixels.

The ultra-rugged camera can operate over a wide temperature range and has several advanced power saving modes to suit a variety of needs. Built for extreme environments, the 21cm long, 9.3cm diameter camera operates within temperatures from -40°C to +60°C with a quiescent power mode as low as 1mA and maximum power consumption of 250mA @12VDC (1.0A @ 12VDC with the optional Window Defroster).

The video feature is capable of 720P 1280×720 (MPEG4), 640×480 (MJPEG), and 320×240 (MPEG4) while programmable still images (JPEG) of various sizes can also be captured. Connect the camera to peripherals such as SD or SDHC memory cards, or RS-232, RS-485, and Ethernet devices. Communications are made via web page interface, FTP, Email, or PakBus (for Campbell Scientific Dataloggers).
