  • Rating12345
  • Multivista, part of Hexagon, names Clayton Schuller as the new Boston-area franchise owner, bringing over two decades of construction experience and a strong vision for innovation to the role.
  • Building on the current offering in the region, Schuller will introduce Multivista’s full-service 3D laser scanning solutions and advanced building analytics tools to existing and new customers.
  • Schuller currently oversees Multivista operations across the East Coast, including Northern New Jersey, New York City and surrounding counties, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

(BOSTON, MA, 3 September, 2025) – Multivista, part of Hexagon, today announced new ownership of its Boston-area territory franchise. Clayton Schuller, a seasoned construction industry leader, acquired the Massachusetts territory (MA01) on July 1, 2025. He previously acquired the Northern New Jersey, New York City and Connecticut territories in October 2022.

With over 20 years of experience in the Boston construction market, Schuller has built and led companies in material distribution, energy efficiency services, and general contracting. His vision for the region is rooted in delivering the highest quality of customer service while introducing the latest technologies that enhance project transparency and decision-making.

“Multivista represents the ultimate combination of every aspect of the building industry I’ve worked in,” said Schuller. “We provide high-value, consumable, and useful information that empowers clients without requiring them to manage or interpret the data themselves.”

Multivista’s services include photographic milestone documentation, 3D laser scanning, BIM modeling, drone mapping and LiDAR, live webcams, Builders Risk security, O&M video training, and analytic reporting – all delivered through a centralized, cloud-based platform accessible from any device.

“Customers can patchwork these services through multiple vendors, but no one else offers the centralized, seamless experience that Multivista does,” Schuller added. “Whether it’s a single-family home, a high-rise, a lab, or a transportation project—every job deserves a permanent archive and actionable insights to support long-term operations and maintenance.”

While the transition has focused on internal operational improvements, customers can expect continued excellence in service and access to Multivista’s unrivaled capabilities. Schuller’s leadership ensures that both new and existing clients in the Boston area will benefit from a powerful combination of construction expertise and cutting-edge technology.
