LizardTech Exhibits at GIS in the Rockies Conference

LizardTech, a provider of software solutions for managing and distributing geospatial content, will be exhibiting at next week’s 24th annual GIS in the Rockies Conference in Denver, Colo., in booth number 105. In conjunction with the conference, on Monday, Aug. 29th, LizardTech is hosting three free 90-minute workshops covering LizardTech’s new MrSID Generation 4 (MG4™) format for raster and LiDAR data as well as their recently released Express Server® software for serving out imagery. These are hands-on workshops and geospatial professionals are encouraged to bring in their questions, data, workflow and any projects that they would like to work on during these sessions. At the conference, LizardTech will conduct product demonstrations in booth number 105, of recently launched Express Server 7 software, which enables geospatial professionals to distribute high-resolution raster imagery. Also available will be product demonstrations of GeoExpress® software for compressing and manipulating satellite and aerial imagery, and LiDAR Compressor™ software for turning giant point cloud datasets into efficient MrSID® files.
