September 15, 2015 — Hexagon AB, a leading global provider of information technologies that drive productivity and quality across geospatial and industrial enterprise applications, will showcase its geospatial enterprise solutions starting today at INTERGEO, the world’s leading conference and trade fair for geodesy, geoinformation and land management, at the ICS International Congress Centre in Stuttgart, Germany.
Hexagon’s technologies encompass the complete geospatial information life cycle – from data capture to industry-specific information delivery. Its portfolio includes sensors for capturing data from land and air, as well as sensors for positioning via satellites. The sensors are complemented by a range of software applications and solutions that enable data processing, interpretation and analysis for more informed decision making in industries such as surveying, construction, public safety and agriculture.
Hexagon’s solutions support multiple sources of content coupled with meaningful analytics. They not only model the world as it is, but model the world as it will be. The main focus from Hexagon at INTERGEO will be reality-capture solutions that deliver geospatial information for mission-critical and business-critical applications ranging from critical infrastructure protection and public transport to urban planning and utility mapping. The newest technologies within Hexagon’s expansive geospatial offerings will be on display and available for hands-on demonstrations.
“We are excited to return to INTERGEO and share our comprehensive portfolio of solutions with geospatial professionals from around the world,” said Hexagon President and CEO Ola Rollén. “This event offers a great platform to speak face-to-face and learn how we can best support them, while also discussing current trends affecting the industry.”
At Hall 4, stands F4.049, D4.035 and D4.045, Hexagon will be represented by its brands Leica Geosystems, Aibotix, Intergraph SG&I and Hexagon Geospatial, with support from Germany-based channel partner Geosystems GmbH.
