Exprodat Webinars Explain ArcGIS Benefits for Oil and Gas

  • Rating12345

Exprodat, the UK-based provider of Esri-based petroleum GIS services, software and training, has created a series of webinars to explain the benefits that using their ArcGIS-based software products can bring to the exploration and production workflows of oil and gas companies.

Known and admired for their expert advice, Exprodat has packaged hugely valuable information into half hour presentations that will look at play-based exploration mapping and how to integrate ArcGIS into oil and gas interpretation systems.

Learning by demonstration is an incredibly efficient way of learning new skills and attendees of these interactive webinars will have the added advantage of being able to ask the Exprodat experts any questions they may have.

Technical Director, Chris Jepps explains why these webinars will be so useful to E&P staff; “Over the last 12 months we’ve made significant changes to our Team-GIS software products, so we’re running a series of Webinars to showcase key highlights of the new functionality. Our Data Assistant product is a great way to move data between common interpretation systems and ArcGIS Desktop, and our Exploration Analyst product contains powerful analytical features that will appeal to many geoscientists working in conventional or unconventional oil and gas exploration.”

The first two webinars in this series are:
Play-based Exploration Mapping: Thursday 20th March 2014, 16:00 GMT (11:00 AM in Houston)
ArcGIS Data Integration with Interpretation Systems: Thursday 27th March 2014, 16:00 GMT (11:00 AM in Houston)
