  • Rating12345

MINNEAPOLIS – East View is excited to announce the availability of the Contemporary World Map from Magna Carta Maps.

“Magna Carta Maps is delighted to have East View Map Link as one of its major distributors for this map, recognizing the breadth and depth of their map catalog and distribution abilities,” said Tom Rohrer, of Magna Carta Maps.

One of the best-selling wall maps of the past 30 years, The Contemporary World Map has been featured in television shows, including “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” as well as in movies such as “GI: Joe.”

The Contemporary World Map, is printed on DuPont Tyvek® paper, a spun-bonded olefin fiber material that is extremely durable and tear-resistant. Swirls of polyethylene fibers provide a rice paper-like finish that enhances the map’s bold graphics. Originally used by the military, today the colorfastness of the Tyvek material makes the maps ideal for wall display.

In addition to the Contemporary World Map, a companion USA Map is also available that mirrors the graphic look, feel, and detail of the World Map. Both Maps are made in the USA.
