  • Rating12345

24 May 2016 — Earth-i Ltd (www.earthi.space), the British innovative distributor of earth-imaging and data services is today exhibiting the capabilities of the DMC3 / TripleSat satellite constellation at the GeoBusiness Conference and Exhibition in London.

Visitors to London’s Business Design Centre, for what has quickly become the must-attend show for the British and International geospatial industry, will be able to visit Stand A11 and talk with the experienced and expert Earth-i staff about the newly available satellites and the resultant data and information services.

The three identical 1 metre resolution optical satellites of the constellation provide affordable images with a daily revisit capability globally. This new capability to provide such frequent revisits opens up new application for data analysts and value added service providers.

Richard Blain, CEO of Earth-i, explained more about the company and why Earth-i will be exhibiting at GeoBusiness: “We are very excited to be exhibiting today at GeoBusiness 2016 amongst our peers and industry colleagues. As a British company utilising British satellites, what better environment to demonstrate our comprehensive capabilities in the Earth Observation sector than in the heart of the capital.”

Speaking on behalf of the GeoBusiness conference and exhibition, show organiser Caroline Hobden explained what is driving the success of the show: “We have been overwhelmed by the industry’s continued commitment to GeoBusiness and are thrilled with the new and exciting developments taking place in 2016.  There are panel debates, product launches from 200+ exhibitors, GIS and UAV focused exhibition zones, unmissable networking opportunities and so much more.”
