Docea Power, the design-for-low-power company that delivers software solutions for power and thermal analysis at the architectural level, and CIM PACA (PACA Integrated MicroElectronics Center of the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region), a collaborative R&D platform in the field of communicating integrated system design, today announced they will offer its members access to Docea’s Aceplorer solution for their R&D and prototyping projects. This is to enable the local R&D ecosystem to benefit from the first system level solution dedicated to power and thermal issues. Powered by ARCSIS (Association for the Research on Components and Secured Integrated Systems) CIM PACA Design Platform has two main objectives:
Establish R&D collaborative projects between companies and academic research laboratories in the field of communicating integrated system design, and
Provide access to state of the art design and RF measurement tools to platform members for R&D collaborative projects and their own innovative development.
Sylvian Kaiser, CTO, Docea Power commented: “We have an active R&D partnership with the University of Nice where we are engaged in a collaborative program on high level models for low power systems. We aim to extend this partnership to the local ecosystem of companies through the CIM PACA programs.”
