Trimble Acquires GEOTrac to Extend PeopleNet’s Transportation and Logistics Solutions

Trimble announced today that it has acquired privately-held GEOTrac Systems Inc. of Calgary, a leading provider of wireless fleet management and worker safety solutions for the oil and gas industry.
