Trimble to Enter Irrigation Market with the Acquisition of IQ Irrigation Assets

Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of privately-held IQ Irrigation of Christchurch, New Zealand. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of August 2013.
