Manatron, Inc. announced it has acquired International Land Systems (ILS) Inc., creating a new international business arm. Manatron International, a new company created as a result of the acquisition will oversee all ILS projects in the United States. The acquisition was led by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, LLC.
