Earth Observation: Floods in Yakutia

Operational satellite-based monitoring of floods on Russian rivers – “Floods-2011” project – is conducted by ScanEx RDC. Data of optical and radar imagery in direct reception mode are received by UniScan ground stations in Moscow, Magadan, Megion and Irkutsk.
