CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION, Fla., August 14, 2015 — The fourth Mobile User Objective System (MUOS)satellite built by Lockheed Martin for the U.S. Navy was encapsulated in its protective launch vehicle fairing August 10.
