Russia: Crowdsourced Map of Electoral Violations Launched

Electoral monitoring association “Golos” together with gazeta.ru had launched Kartanarusheniy.ru, a crowdsourced mechanism for collecting user data on electoral violations. Eskom – New Loan for Western Cape Wind Project
