  • Rating12345

Members of the worldwide Esri software user community are invited to tell their GIS story and share their expertise at the 2013 Esri International User Conference (Esri UC). The deadline for abstract submissions is November 9, 2012.

User presentations range from technical best practices and success stories to discussions about cutting-edge research and the future of geospatial technology. Presenters can choose from more than 60 topics that cover 26 industries.

“I get excited about these presentations because they tell the stories of the innovative work of our users around the world,” says Esri president Jack Dangermond. “They help us better understand what trends are most important and guide future development plans. They also inspire collaboration and sharing.”

The 2013 Esri UC will be held July 8–12 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, and is expected to attract 15,000 attendees. In addition to user presentations, the 2013 Esri UC will feature hundreds of technical sessions and demonstrations from geospatial thought leaders and experts, as well as the 440,000-square-foot GIS Solutions EXPO and Esri Showcase.
