Booz Allen Hamilton and the Impact of Data Science: Team of Experts to Discuss Data Science as Tool to Address Complex Challenges at GEOINT Symposium, June 22-25

McLean, Va., June 19, 2015 — Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) senior data science and incident response leaders will moderate and participate in presentations at the GEOINT Symposium, happening June 22-25, 2015 at the Walter E. Reed Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

The conversations will be focused on helping organizations of all types and missions understand how to address complex challenges, mitigate risk and make the best use of data analytics to solve the most pressing problems. As part of these discussions, Booz Allen leaders will also reveal the attributes that they’ve found to be inherent to the data science community.  

Joan Dempsey, Booz Allen Executive Vice President, United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation Board of Directors, will serve as Master of Ceremonies on June 23, and will be on-site to discuss important trends related to women in STEM.

Additionally, Thad Allen, Booz Allen Hamilton Executive Vice President, U.S. Coast Guard (Ret.), will serve as Master of Ceremonies on June 24, and will be on-site to discuss complex incident response – from climate change to cyber breaches – and facing challenges while mitigating risk.
