The geo-analytic system “AgroUpravlenie” (agro-control) for inventory and monitoring of agricultural lands has started to operate in the Tambov Region. The Space Monitoring System of the Russian EMERCOM started to handle the national “Canopus-V” RS satellite data in direction reception mode. The basis of the system on the ground are the small-size universal UniScan stations developed and produced by ScanEx RDC.
