Association for Geographic Information Announces GeoCom Speakers

London – The UK membership organisation for companies and individuals working in the geospatial sector, the Association for Geographic Information, has released details of some of the headline speakers at its flagship event GeoCom. Under the theme ‘Sustainability in a changing World’, speakers from government and commerce will come together to explore topics such as transitioning to sustainable energy, avoiding corporate greenwash and the use of geospatial data to understand energy use and sustainable choices.

Confirmed speakers include representatives from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, the Met Office, the Group on Earth Observation, Deloitte and Jacobs. Limited availability sponsorship opportunities at GeoCom are also being snapped up quickly with confirmed support from Esri UK and Ordnance Survey as Platinum Sponsors and Cadcorp, CARTO, GeoPlace and Verisk as Gold Sponsors.
