GISCI Offers Cost-Saving Payment Option to Enhance Recertification Experience

  • Rating12345

[Des Plaines, IL ] – The GIS Certification Institute (GISCI), the provider of the international GISP® (Certified GIS Professional) certification program, is announcing new flexible payment options designed to save users money and reduce hassle. Beginning November 1, 2024, GISPs who choose to recertify with an upfront payment of $285 will continue to benefit from no change in fees. This option not only saves money compared to the annual payment plan but also simplifies the recertification process by reducing administrative tasks.

For those who prefer the flexibility of annual payments, GISCI will adjust the annual fee from $95 to $110, effective at the time of recertification. These changes allow GISCI to preserve our quality and dependable service and the exceptional experience for our GISPs. For any questions or concerns about this fee adjustment, please reach out to us at info@gisci.org.

GISCI also reminds you to inquire with your employer about reimbursement of your fees, as many employers cover some or all the costs associated with professional certification.
