Mike Mitchell is the company’s new Vice President of Program Management focused on customer success and a company vision to drive collaboration and excellence across the organization. Chris Formeller is the new Epoch Solutions Group Vice President of Product Management who is responsible for shaping the product portfolio and leading cross-functional teams to execute strategies, embark on impactful market research, and refine the customer experience.

Mitchell brings more than 30 years of experience to Epoch Solutions Group. Most recently for MMP Living, a consultancy which he co-founded and later served as Chief Operating Officer, Mitchell helped companies scale for growth through with Amazon AWS Platform, finding solutions to optimize and streamline key business processes. During his 16-year tenure with the company, Mitchell was named a Titan 100, recognized for his exceptional leadership, vision, and passion, in the state of Colorado. Previously, for Nextaction, he served as Senior Product Director, designing, building, and managing a large team in the creation of ETL, business intelligence and product delivery systems. Prior to that role, he spent five years at GE as Director of Global Professional Services developing their services organization following Smallworld’s acquisition. He received his Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management Science from the University of Bradford, England.
In his new role, Formeller draws from a 24-year tenure in the tech industry, with expertise in crafting geospatial products, SaaS solutions, digital innovations, and AI/ML applications. Most recently, Formeller founded Product Success Catalyst, which focused on empowering startups with product visions and maximizing their return on invested capital through data-driven decisions and customer-centric strategies. Previously, he led product development teams at companies including Amazon, GeoSpark Analytics, and Maxar Technology. Formeller received his MBA from DeVry University and bachelor’s degrees in Geography and Anthropology from Texas State University.
