Long Term Planning Necessary for Development

Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission of Pakistan, Dr. Nadeem-ul-Haq Tuesday reiterated that there was need for devising long-term strategy for sustainable development of the country. “We need growth and development strategy on long term basis,” he remarked while addressing at the launching ceremony of Human Development Report 2011 titled Sustainability and Equity: A Better Future for All.
