ASME’s Robotics for Inspection & Maintenance Summit Will Address How to Increase Safety and Efficiency and Lower Costs through Robotic Strategies

New York  — The Robotics for Inspection & Maintenance Summit, powered by the American Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME), will take place in-person on June 13-14, in Houston, the energy capital of the world. This two-day event will offer professionals from the aerospace and defense, chemical, nuclear, petroleum, pipeline, power generation, and renewable energy industries an opportunity to join in the most dynamic conversations driving the future of robotics.

According to consulting firm Frost & Sullivan’s “What’s Driving the Global Economy in 2022?”, the world is on the spectrum of transformation, fueled in part by an emerging digital economy. The Summit will demonstrate how an effective, digitally enhanced robotics strategy can help businesses increase safety and efficiency, lower costs, and protect asset integrity. It will also feature live demonstrations of crawlers, drones, and other autonomous devices by top solutions providers in the robotics industry.
Experts from Shell, Chevron Phillips Chemical, Turner Construction, ExxonMobil, Microsoft and more will discuss the opportunity for data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things to drive innovation in the energy transition to hundreds of energy professionals, thought leaders and practitioners in the industry.
