Satellite Imagery: COVID-19 Testing Facilities in Munich, Germany

European Space Imaging collected imagery yesterday afternoon (19 March 2020) of the COVID-19 drive-through testing facilities currently erected at Theresienwiese in Munich, Germany. The imagery was captured with WorldView-3 at True 30cm in full colour. It shows the six drive-through testing tents and over 60 cars waiting in line for testing. Testing at this facility is only open to people who have a reasonable suspicion of coronavirus infection as deemed by the Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Bavaria (KVB).
