  • Rating12345

CINCINNATI (Feb. 3, 2020) — Judi Craig was recently promoted to Roads and Bridges market director at Woolpert, supporting the firm’s targeted engineering and geospatial services growth. Craig, who works out of the firm’s Cincinnati office, has 25 years of transportation industry experience and has served as a program director at Woolpert since June.

Craig said her primary objective is to expand Woolpert’s Roads and Bridges footprint in new and existing markets.

“Ohio is our home, and we should be one of the first firms our clients turn to for their most important transportation needs,” Craig said. “Likewise, our teams in Indiana and Virginia have been very successful in strengthening our position with winning and executing design and geospatial business.”

Woolpert Senior Vice President and Infrastructure Sector Leader Tom Mochty said Craig’s ability to see the big picture while understanding specific client needs make her an excellent choice for this position.

“Judi is experienced and focused, and she is active in her local community as well as at the state and federal level, where she is engaged in a number of policy, funding and strategic initiatives to help move surface transportation initiatives forward,” Mochty said. “At Woolpert, our people make the difference. Judi’s versatility and leadership will advance the transportation industry overall and comprehensively support our clients.”

Craig said she’s been impressed with Woolpert’s supportive culture and willingness to reinvest in its people.

“The leadership team truly does listen and actively respond to the staff, and we really do put our people first,” she said. “I’ve been in the industry for a long time, so I know the language, but the dialect is different at every firm. The Woolpert team has been very patient with me and that learning process. I think that is a gold standard, and I’m honored to be a part of it.”
