  • Rating12345

KIRKLAND, Wash.- Echodyne, the manufacturer of innovative, high-performance radars for government and commercial markets, announced today that it will be hosting a webinar in collaboration with the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) on October 16th at 3pm ET.

The webinar, titled “Airspace Friend or Foe? Ensuring Safety for and from UAS” will explore all aspects of airspace situational awareness. Attendees will learn about the sensor technologies that create robust 3D situational awareness to ensure UAS mission safety and enable robust Counter-UAS deployments. Speakers will be Tom Driscoll, Co-founder and CTO of Echodyne, and Leo McCloskey, VP Marketing for Echodyne.

Topics to be covered in the webinar include: UAV types, operator types, sensor technologies and performance attributes, as well as external data sets for detecting and tracking cooperative and non-cooperative aircraft.

“With the increasing frequency of bad actors using UAVs to breach security protocols, this webinar is a must-attend for security professionals responsible for creating 3D situational awareness solutions,” said Driscoll.
