GeoDATA 2016 Autumn Series Provides Learning Platform for Geospatial Community

  • Rating12345

The international GeoDATA 2016 geocommunity Autumn seminar series kicks off in a month’s time. With a strong focus on learning the remaining one day events in Edinburgh, Brussels and London will provide both an informative and a valuable experience for both accomplished practitioners as well as those new to the world of geospatial technology.

For the first time, the Scottish-based event, set for 6 October 2016 at the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh, carries the Showcase status. This format, which follows its highly successful London event counterpart organised for 1 December, offers attendees access to a wider selection of talks, a greater number of exhibition stands as well as more free time to network than previously. Both the Scottish and London Showcase events will demonstrate cutting edge mapping products and solutions throughout the exhibition area and include 20 minute educational seminar streams scheduled throughout the day. These events will be of particular interest to those involved in CAD, GPS, GIS, cartography, remote sensing, navigation or any other role that utilises mapping data and services.

The Brussels event, scheduled for 19 October at Diamant Business & Conference Centre, simply offers a one day conference entitled “Geospatial Visions of the Future”. Industry experts will offer insightful talks on how and where they see the future of the geographic industry in both the short and long term. They will interactively share their plans, ideas and innovations with the audience which will be especially relevant to those professionals who either work with or have a keen interest in spatial data. Visitors are encouraged to book their free tickets for the GeoDATA 2016 Autumn series as early as possible at www.geoaware.info For more information about GeoDATA 2016 London Showcase visit www.geoaware.info
