  • Rating12345

Leicestershire, UK, 05 May 2016 – Aerial mapping company Bluesky is cementing a period of growth with a number of key appointments. Investing in internal support, Bluesky has appointed Andrew Kociolek to the role of IT Engineer, while Suzanna Baynard joins as Management Accountant. Charlotte Ballard, previously a key member of the Bluesky production team, joins the sales team, and Marco De Stavola joins the company on an ERASMUS scholarship as GIS Intern.

“We have recently been involved in a number of large, high profile contracts both in the UK and abroad,” commented Rachel Tidmarsh, Managing Director of Leicestershire based Bluesky, “and it was crucial to our continued success that we underpin our frontline sales and production teams with the support they, the company and our expanding client based require. These appointments will allow us to build on recent success and will provide the foundation for future growth.”

Andrew Kociolek joins Bluesky from specialist mortgage and insurance company Pink Home Loans, where he held the position of IT Systems Engineer. Taking on the role of IT Engineer at Bluesky, Kociolek will have responsibility for the design, development and implementation of new technology projects, internal and external support, and the identification of new opportunities to support business development through IT.

Suzanna Baynard has taken on the role of Management Accountant. Baynard previously worked in the leisure, travel and tourism industry, holding the position of Finance Manager at Ratcliffe Fernley Media. As Management Accountant, Baynard will prepare, develop and analyse key financial information to ensure that Bluesky’s management makes well-informed decisions to facilitate continued stability, growth and profitability.

Following the award of an Erasmus (European Union programme for education, training, youth and sport) scholarship for post degree internship, Marco De Stavola joins Bluesky as GIS Intern. De Stavola, who originates from Italy, holds an MSc in Urban and Environmental Planning and has recently completed a seven month exchange programme at the University of South Wales, Australia.

Charlotte Ballard, who joined Bluesky in 2011 as an Image Analyst within the busy production department, has moved within the company to join Bluesky’s frontline sales team. In her new role as Accounts Executive she will be responsible for both existing and new clients within a range of key market sectors.
